How to get started
1) Contact Us
Either pop in and we would be delighted to show you our space or call/ email dependant on your time and hesitation to start.
2) Basic Understanding
We will have a quick chat to understand what your needs are, any top level medical/physical issues to work with/around and a gauge of your ideal times to train.
3) Your Consultation
We would have assed your initial conversation and then its time to get comfortable with your Trainer, who will go through in more detail so you can gain the confidence in how we will get you on your journey.
4) First session
You will both agree a start point, some like to start at a quieter time to ease in, some straight into there ideal timings, we work with you from that first session....
